The Animal Icons series of prints and drawings is an exploration of our relationship with the animals we depend on for food. This project introduced me to the many local small-scale farmers, hunters, and beekeepers who are dedicated to making a difference. Inspired by both real and imagined stories, these icons reveal our sacred connection to animals.
